Dice, dice and more dice

We started playing D&D a few years ago and I quickly became a dice goblin (ifkyk). After buying quite a few sets, I thought… How hard could it be to make dice? I know how to make molds. I know how to use resin. I can figure this out. Two years and a lot of sweat and even some tears later, I’m finally able to sell my dice. Every one is handmade by me. Right now, I am using a pre-made mold (shout out to NanoLabMaker!) but I’m in the process of making my own dice masters using our SLA printer. These first dice available now will be phased out once my own design is ready.

Once I make the mold (yes, I make a mold of the first dice out of the pre-made mold and use them to make a new mold - they’re consumable and I want the pristine mold to last!), I start off by creating some dice. Then they cure, first in a pressure pot then on the shelf. Once fully cured, I finish and polish them, working my way through 4 grits of sandpaper and then either my vibratory tumbler or polishing paper. Then I ink the numbers. Finally, I clean and do a quick hand polish. All done by me and me alone. It’s a fun but time consuming process! Check out my available dice and let me know what you think!
